The Captive Solution Specialist is a UK-based role with pan-European scope , supporting BYD’s captive leasing and auto finance solutions across multiple European markets. The role works closely with BYD Europe HQ, local country teams, and external financial partners to ensure consistent, competitive, and compliant finance solutions that support BYD’s growth in Europe.
