Job Description
Responsibilities - Meticulously inspect and provide an accurate assessment of the vehicles assigned to you for viewing to be of a minimum standard acceptable by CARRO for purchase.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service standards to all our customers.
- Clearly convey company policies and T & C of the transaction process to our customers.
- Deliver our company’s fair price quotation within the stipulated SLA.
- Ensure all reports and documentations are up to date and accurate.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your Team Manager.
Qualifications - Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license with a good driving record.
- Working experience with Google Docs or Sheets.
- High attention to details and able to adapt to fast-paced changes.
- Professional and Customer Service Oriented.
