Senior Sales Executive / Showroom Manager in Stoke

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Basic Salary: £30,000 + Commission

OTE: £60K !! (uncapped)

Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Executive or Manager to join our clients business as a Sales Controller. This is a selling role in a high-volume, fast-paced used car operation in Stoke.

With over 100 vehicles on site at any given time, this is a great chance to step into a busy retail environment with strong customer demand and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Controller will include:

Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver strong results and exceed targets.

Assist with deals, finance, value-added products, and closing support.

Ensure compliance across all financial documentation and regulatory processes.
