• Patient Age Demographic: Adult
• Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Echocardiography

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardilogy
  • If BE - provide graduation date
• Active Vermont Medical License or willing to obtain VT license
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
• CPR (must be obtained prior to start)
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
