SRelevant experience in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgerie
s Expertise in CABG, valve replacement/repair, and other cardiac procedure
s Strong clinical and surgical decision-making skill
s Ability to work collaboratively with cardiology, ICU, and anesthesia team
