Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent card segments.
- Ensure timely onboarding of benefit providers and integration into card platforms.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to enable smooth benefit fulfillment.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with benefit providers and ensure adherence to SLAs.
