Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily card operations activities

  • Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program.

  • Account management like re-issuance, replacements and other related card & statement activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Contact with customers to resolve inquiries and complaints via all channels (call, email, in-person, etc).

  • Make sure all inquiries and complaints from customer are solved within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Investigate and resolve system issues

  • Work with departments, card organization and partner bank to solve customer’s concerns and handle relevant tasks.

  • Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it.
  • Participate cross-functional projects

  • Participate Company projects to test new development products/features and develop processes.
