We're seeking experienced Care Assistants across Fife, working as part of our Hospital Discharge service. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable people to safely leave the hospital following illness or surgery, preventing bed blocking and ensuring they have the right level of care and support whilst they recover or whilst ongoing care needs are assessed. This role is for Night shifts, which may be 1:1 or 2:1 support. This is an 'On-Call' service, and therefore you must be prepared to travel across the Fife area (we cover the entire area from Dunfermline to Kirkcaldy to St Andrews and anywhere in between!), Shifts are 9pm to 9am, and are paid at a block hourly rate.
