Job Description

What you'll do:

We are looking for a compassionate care professional to provide 24‑hour support as part of a clinically trained team, delivering person‑centred care for an individual with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and monitor all clinical care, including tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, bowel and bladder management, medication, and moving and handling.
• Recognise and respond to autonomic dysreflexia.
• Support non‑verbal communication using a spelling system.

About the Individual:

• Lives with tetraplegia and requires full clinical support.
• Communicates non‑verbally.
• Enjoys watching TV, using exercise pedals, and family visits.
