Job Description
The candidate will provide service coordination management, administrative support, and operations improvement and analysis for our Community Rehabilitation services and Senior Gym programmes. Key Responsibilities
a) Service Coordination Management
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, assist in appointment scheduling and re-scheduling, subsidies application and address client enquiries for Community Rehabilitation services and Senior Gym programmesWork closely with internal and external stakeholders (where applicable) to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
