Key Responsibilities:
Care for the health, well-being and safety of elderly clients [at all times] in the Senior Care CentreDeliver personal care needs [including toileting support] to elderly clients.Support the conduct of programme activities for elderly clientsDeliver care needs to Persons-with-Dementia with Person-Centered Care [PCC] efforts and considerationsCarry out social and recreational group excursionsSupport caregivers and volunteers in caring for clientsParticipate in keeping the environment clean and equipment in good orderTake charge to ensure proper individual diet care for elderly clients Requirements:
“O” level [minimum 2 credits]Competency in eldercare service with at least 1-2 years working experience in an eldercare institutionGood communication and interpersonal skillsPossess a passionate disposition to care for elderly clients
