We are looking to employ people with a caring, flexible attitude who have their own transport. Experience is preferred but not essential.
We require male and female Care Support Workers to work throughout the Rotherham Borough.
PURPOSE:
To provide person centred support and assistance to Clients and their Carers to enable them to live independently, stay healthy, exercise maximum control over their own life and participate in social and community activities whilst retaining maximum dignity and respect.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide a high quality service which will involve the provision of personal, social and domestic care to support clients to achieve their desired outcome as documented in the clients individual support plan.
- To respect the personal choice of lifestyles of Carers, people with care needs and colleagues, ensuring that equal opportunities principles are applied at all times.
