The Opportunity The Career Coach plays a dynamic role working with our specialized populations and supporting the daily operations of the Maple Ridge WorkBC Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
KEY DUTIES:Conduct Client Needs Assessments to determine the appropriate WorkBC services and supports.Conduct a thorough Disability Related Needs Assessment (DRENA).Assess and refer to specialized assessments as part of a client Action Plan; (including medical assessment reports, Psychological and Vocational, Learning Disability, Neuropsychological, and Functional Capacity).Interpret results of the specialized assessments and recommend next steps. This may include support for long-term interventions or external referrals to appropriate community agencies.
