The CCP (Attach‑and‑Train) is a 15‑month structured on‑the‑job training programme with GSK aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. • Manage a team of technicians to implement mechanical repair and maintenance works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure plant availability at all times.
