**Role Purpose**
**What you will be doing**
- Verify import and export flight file documentation to ensure details match cargo system records, manifests and AWB copies.
- Add or remove charges in the system for shipments where charges are not automatically triggered, particularly for terminal handling charges.
- Generate pre-invoice reports from the cargo handling system to confirm that delivered shipments have correct charges applied.
- Liaise with Operations to resolve errors, omissions, or clarify charge details prior to invoicing.
