Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Cargo Division, Digital and E-Commerce Logistics department. He/She will be part of the Parxl team to expand Parxl’s operations network, improve Parxl product service offerings, and contribute to Parxl sales and revenue.
Responsibilities
First Mile / Upstream Operations
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the first mile supply chain.Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.Oversee pick-ups, export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.Manage and optimize air freight rates / routes. Day to Day Operations
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and measurable metrics for the team and vendors/ partners to improve work efficiency.Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
