You will be working in a controlled factory environment constructing high-quality modular buildings, including commercial and custom projects. Key Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble modular building components (walls, floors, roofs)
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Install framing, cladding, linings, and finishes
- Ensure builds meet quality standards and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with production and design teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a carpenter (modular, prefab, or commercial preferred)
