Multi Trade Operative – Swindon
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade who will provide a responsive maintenance service on void social housing properties in Swindon.
You will be on a temp contract paid at £22ph Umbrella CIS or PAYE.
6 weeks work initially.
Using your own van.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
All aspects of maintenance work on empty properties turning them around for the next tenant Ideally you will be able to do kitchen or bathroom fittingFlooring experience is beneficial but not essentialWorking with another tradeFollowing a spec to complete worksReporting to your Supervisor Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
