Covering a geographical area covering CB10, CB11, CM22, CM23, and CM24
Own van would be the preference, but business mileage will be paid weekly
Working in occupied properties carrying out repairs and maintenance on Local Authority properties directly for an inhouse contractor team

Due to a contract win we are looking to increase their inhouse workforce with you! a new Carpenter Multi-Trader who will be working on domestic repairs covering a work area around covering CB10, CB11, CM22, CM23, and CM24. Here you will be focused on day to day occupied repairs and maintaining properties whilst supporting other trades in their works
