We are currently seeking experienced Case Assessment Officers to join a high-profile remediation program within a fast-paced service delivery environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale regulatory initiative, reviewing financial advice and supporting fair client outcomes.
As a Case Assessment Officer, you will play a key role in delivering remediation activities through detailed file reviews and accurate case assessments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assess advice against regulatory frameworks, identify potential client detriment, and support the determination of remediation actions.
