Job Title: Case Manager (RN) 

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32310 

Duration: Permanent Full Time 

Schedule: Evening shift is 12:00 PM EST to 8:30 PM EST with 1 weekend per 4-week schedule 

Salary Range: $31.94/hr to $43.92/hr (Strictly based on experience) + Benefits 

Sign on Bonus: Yes

Relocation: Case by case basis
