Responsibilities - Sign in arriving guests and check out departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the criteria.
- Upon sign in, register visitor and assign rooms. Fit unique requests whenever possible.
- If required, assist visitors in completing enrollment cards.
- Use upselling techniques to market areas and other hotel services.
- Validate guest's method of payment and comply with established credit-checking procedures or refer cash handling to cashiers.
- Upon guest departure, process check-out procedures. Collect payment from guests. Clear guest account and provide a duplicate of the billing.
