Primary Role:

Assisting in the cafe and service areas by ensuring the highest quality foods and beverages are prepared and served for every meal service.

• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Including cash, card and digital payments.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and service areas.
• Assist with basic administration or front-of-house duties when required.

Whenever humanly possible, always use fresh, seasonal ingredients and cook from scratch. The main duty is to prepare food or beverages for the daily meal services, followed by kitchen support and shift relief.
