Responsibilities - Provide excellent guest service through active guest engagement and positive attitude.
- Attend to guests' requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all slot areas are kept clean and well-stocked with supplies.
- Maintain efficiency and security of all slot machines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards.
Requirements - Candidates with prior experience in slot gaming will have an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
