JOB TITLE: Category Manager - Global Facilities

LOCATION: Lehi, UT (Hybrid)

PAY RANGE: $48 - $58/hr.

TOP 3 SKILLS:

• 5-9 years experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in facilities, with proven ability to lead RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.


• Strong skills in spend analysis, fiscal planning cycles, BI reporting, and Excel, with ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights.


• Exceptional written/verbal communication, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to build trusted relationships with internal partners, influence decision-making, and drive organizational change.
