REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2–3 years practical experience in assessing learners in the food and beverage Services Level 4. Demonstrated ability to assess against unit standards or qualifications aligned with CATHSSETA. Must be registered as a constituent assessor with CATHSSETA for the relevant qualification. Applicants must hold a recognised Diploma in Food and Beverage Services or Hospitality.
DUTIES: Ensure assessment tools are fair, valid, reliable, and aligned with CATHSSETA standards. Evaluate learner’s performance and evidence e.g. POE’s, practical tasks, and written tests.
