The Business Analyst manages and delivers the analysis and requirements gathering phase of a change initiative project that is targeted to design a target operating model on current and proposed business processes, their required governance and management to ensure improvements are realized in a robust and controlled environment. This includes analytical aspects outside the impacted area or team to ensure target design are aligned front to back.
