Job Description
Key Responsibilities Monitor live CCTV footage of outlets, production units, warehouses, and office premises. Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, safety violations, or operational issues. Maintain proper CCTV recording backups and ensure cameras are functioning properly. Coordinate with outlet managers, security staff, and administration team regarding incidents. Prepare daily incident reports and escalation reports to management. Track opening and closing activities of outlets through surveillance monitoring. Ensure all cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related systems are operational. Support investigations by retrieving CCTV footage whenever required. Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and company information. Coordinate with vendors/service providers for CCTV maintenance and repairs.
