Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage of outlets, production units, warehouses, and office premises.
  
• Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, safety violations, or operational issues.
  
• Maintain proper CCTV recording backups and ensure cameras are functioning properly.
  
• Coordinate with outlet managers, security staff, and administration team regarding incidents.
  
• Prepare daily incident reports and escalation reports to management.
  
• Track opening and closing activities of outlets through surveillance monitoring.
  
• Ensure all cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related systems are operational.
  
• Support investigations by retrieving CCTV footage whenever required.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and company information.
  
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for CCTV maintenance and repairs.
