CCTV Operator

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE

The incumbent is responsible for monitoring all activities from a centralized control room relating to activities in and around all premises. The incumbent is mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary. The incumbent can be employed at hospitals, airports, schools, housing complexes, gated communities, malls, and many other types of establishments.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the Security Operation runs strictly and accordingly to the prescribed security standards
• Initial registration, investigation, and conclusion of incidents & or accidents reported.
