Responsibilities

• Monitoring of alarm-based applications;
• Monitoring of live streaming CCTV;
• Daily CCTV and other system checks;
• Data capturing (Reports and Incidents);
• Communicating relevant information regarding movements on and offsite;
• Communicate with armed response and field supervisors regarding detailed information where needed;
• Ensure that customer service levels are exceptional, and clients receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric
• PSIRA Registered
• Advanced Computer Literacy and report writing skills.
• At least 12 months control room experience.
• Availability to work 12 hour shifts - 2 days day shift (0...
