We are seeking a safety conscious **CDL Driver** to join our team in **Monroe, LA.** In this role, you will be responsible for operating a garbage truck on residential and/or commercial routes. The position is physically demanding and the requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Schedule:**

- Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays

- Start time: 4:30 a.m.

- Workweek: 45-50 hours

- Typical workday: 10-12 hours

**Compensation:**

- Pay Range: $21 - 22 per hour, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**

- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License

- 2+ year of CDL driving experience

- Strong customer service skills
