Job Description
Execute financial due diligence as a project team member. The responsibility mainly includes:
(1) Conduct data cleaning and discrepancy closing;
(2) Analyze the financials of the Target;
(3) Identify potential risks, conclude findings and implications
(4) Perform limited market research, and;
(5) Draft due diligence report;
Other project related assistance, such as pitch material preparation.
