Job Description

 JOB PURPOSE:

The role plays a key role in driving process improvement and customer experience transformation initiatives across the organization. This individual contributor role focuses on analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes using Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles. The Process Engineer partners with business units to identify inefficiencies, co-create solutions, and support the successful execution of change that enhances experiences for customers, distributors, and employees.
