Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead growth and customer acquisition strategies for the Central Asia and Eastern Europe corridors.
- Build trust-based relationships with diaspora communities through online and in-person engagement.
- Initiate, negotiate, and execute partnerships with community associations, local banks, and fintech players.
- Manage offline and online advertising campaigns, including paid marketing and creative agencies.
- Source and lead community ambassadors and influencers to drive brand awareness.
- Conduct regular customer research to identify pain points and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Engineering teams to improve regional operations.
- Work closely with the Country Manager to define growth plans, budgets, and CAC targets.
