Position Summary:


This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of steam boilers, chillers, appurtenant and ancillary equipment, piping and HVAC systems in the Central Plant and the entire facility.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Ensures the timely repair and maintenance of all related systems

+ Assists with preventative maintenance records for all equipment

+ Safe operation of all associated systems
