Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner - Notify internal stakeholders of guest arrivals and ensure timely coordination - Issue visitor badges, ID cards, and access passes while maintaining records - Ensure adherence to security protocols including ID verification and laptop checks - Maintain visitor logs and coordinate transport arrangements when required - Handle guest complaints, feedback, and escalate issues as per defined processes - Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of lobby and common areas - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth front office operations - Support emergency procedures including evacuation and safety protocols - Manage daily reconciliation and secure disposal of visitor badges
