Job Description
Enrolment & Parent Engagement - Be the warm, welcoming face of Da Di
- Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Conduct centre tours and present our programme value with confidence
- Proactively engage potential families in and around the centre
- Follow up on leads and support the full enrolment process
- Build strong, trusted relationships with parents for long-term retention
Centre Operations & Administration - Manage registration, invoicing, and fee collection
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and class lists
- Prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean, safe, and ready
- Oversee smooth daily operations with efficiency and positivity
- Maintain a tidy, calm, and inviting environment aligned with our brand
