(What the role is) Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (What you will be working on) Plan, design, and deliver professional development programmes that enhance the teaching effectiveness of academic staff, with a focus on the effective integration of Education Technology (EdTech) & AI, Learning Analytics, active learning, learner-centric approaches, and blended learning strategies Lead/conduct research projects related to teaching and learning, including the application of learning analytics and evaluation of EdTech & AI interventions, and use research findings to inform the design and improvement of teaching strategies and practices Evaluate, pilot, and support the implementation and adoption of EdTech & AI tools and solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders, to enhance student learning engagement
