What You’ll Do

• Interpret market regulations and convert them into clear engineering requirements, acceptance criteria and risks.
• Provide day to day certification guidance to Project and Design Engineers.
• Support main McLaren Homologation team where MSO‑specific expertise supports core projects (e.g. market entry for few‑off versions of core products)
• Offer certification adjacent attribute guidance (safety, lighting, emissions, ergonomics, NVH etc.) to support delivery of MSO content to client expectations
• Advise on product liability considerations, highlighting required evidence and risk mitigations.
