Adecco Medical & Science is assisting a local client in their search to hire a
Certified Dental Assistant in Newark, NJ.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, (35 hour work week, 1 hour lunch break)
Hourly pay range: $ 25.00/hr.
Certification/licenses: CDA and X-ray license
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Seat patients, adjusts chairs and drapes patients with protective covers.
Sets up each unit with proper supplies and instruments needed by postgraduate students during daily patient treatment.
Performs Four-handed assisting with doctor during examination and treatment of patients.
Operates suction equipment.
Mixes endodontic and restorative materials.
Maintains all dental instruments and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of clinic and dispensary area following OSHA regulations.
Utilizes digital radiographic equipment to obtain images.
