**Primary work location:** TH Family Care 18157 1650 East Stacy Road Allen TX 75069

(Will float to Plano, McKinney and Melissa clinics.)

**Work hours:** Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

**Travel:** 75% to surrounding clinics as needed
