Job Description
This is a remote position. Create a training framework by enabling skill assessment modular, design training content, deliver fast track courses for all new joiners including bottom quartile management Review sourcing methods, understand screening patterns, assess written and verbal techniques used by recruiters to gauge relevancy of recruitment skills Conduct random audits on daily basis to evaluate day to day tasks / activities performed by the recruiters and highlight an potential grey areas to account managers Drive brainstorming sessions with the recruiters & account managers by creating focused groups to recommend new ideas & promote standardization Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote performance development plans & learning strategies through workshops & individual training sessions Build learning & high performing culture Key Business Skills: Good knowledge / extensive usage of various job boards : Posting adverts, Using Boolean and Understanding aro...
