* Cover 2 locations
* Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 5 -8s , 4-10s, or 2-8s and 2-12's
* Rotation: Monday - Friday
Clinical Details :
* # of ORs :14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesia
* Type of Anes Model: medically directed
* Supervision ratio: 1:4,1:3 or 1:2 depending on the complexity of cases that day
* Case types: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts
* must be able to handle a large scope of cases
* EMR: EPIC
Requirements :
* Full-time - Strongly Preferred
* Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS
* Active PA License
* PA Child Abuse requirement for license
* 5 years of experience in specialty
