Job Description

Under the overall supervision of the Payroll Manager and the direct supervision of the National Payroll Officer, the successful candidate will act as a Payroll Specialist to support the unit in the timely and accurate processing of the payroll for the International and/or National staff members worldwide, including non‑staff members (Consultants and Interns) wherever applicable.

Responsibilities

• Run the payroll for staff recruited worldwide.
• Generate and provide relevant payroll reports to HR focal points after each run for their review, correction, and other relevant actions, ensuring all necessary actions are completed for the payroll run.
• Generate the final payroll reports for approval and closure of the payroll period, and provide relevant reports to HR for file.
• Generate and review/reconcile the final accounting file.
