Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support manufacturing growth and operational excellence.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production costs, inventory controls, working capital management, and profitability analysis.
- Manage banking relationships, bank financing, credit facilities, and cash flow planning.
- Handle insurance portfolios, including asset coverage, policy management, renewals, and claims.
- Ensure effective control over accounts, taxation, audits, treasury, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial processes.
