1-Organize and implement product training, including business requirement analysis, pain point identification, value mining, and training execution to enhance product value and sales effectiveness.
2-Precisely identify customer needs, design and optimize training courses, make relevant training materials, and improve customer experience and loyalty.
3-Manage training project operations, responsible for organizing, packaging, and promoting training projects to ensure their effectiveness.
4-Assist the product manager in completing product requirement analysis and translating training PPTs and other related work.
1.组织落实产品培训各个环节，包括业务需求.痛点分析.价值挖掘.培训落实等，提升产品价值，增强销售效果；
2.精准定位客户需求，设计培训课程并不断优化，制作相关培训资料，提高客户体验及粘性； 3.培训项目运营管理，培训项目的组织.包装.宣传等细节工作，以保证培训项目效果； 4.协助产品经理完成产品需求分析及培训PPT翻译等相关工作。
