Job Description
Position summary The Change Analyst supports the development of change management plans and execution of change management initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption. Working closely with Change leads, project teams, and other stakeholders, this role supports assigned change workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, while adapting to project and stakeholder needs. The role supports development and delivery of communications and training activities, stakeholder engagement efforts, reporting and dashboard updates, and adoption and business readiness tracking to support successful implementation of change initiatives across global, cross-functional teams.
