1.       Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including extensive usage and pipeline creation.

2.       Proven expertise in ADO pipeline management, covering build, release, and deployment pipelines.

3.       End‑to‑end experience in Change and Release Management, including planning, approvals, and execution.

4.       Strong experience in raising, tracking, and managing production change requests for deployments.

5.       Excellent follow‑up and follow‑through skills to ensure planned changes are deployed to production on schedule.
