Job Description
Responsibilities - Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project governance structures, and define roles and responsibilities for project team members.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Operation Process Analysis and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize capacity, reduce transit times, and enhance service quality for our customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations (First Last Miles, Sorting Center, Linehaul), BI etc to align business objectives and priorities.
